For more than 50 years, the enterprise POG "Belotserkovskoye UPP UTOS" has been a developer and supplier of low-voltage products
and systems for the safe operation of elevators.
Main products: low-voltage equipment, wiring accessories, safety switches for the elevator industry, consumer goods. Tension clamps
ZN-2 and ZN-4 are designed for anchoring wires of street power lines.
The enterprise has developed a powerful production of industrial products - these are limit switches of the VPK, VP15 series,
microswitches with a forced break of contacts in the security system in the elevator-building and machine-building industries.
Technological processes for the manufacture of electrical products, low-voltage equipment and consumer goods are organized in
a closed cycle. In the production of products, technologies are used for casting non-ferrous metals, plastic processing, metal
procurement operations, production of fasteners, hardware, machining of casting blanks, stamping, electroplating, assembly and
regulation of products. The enterprise employs a powerful tool shop, machine shop and others.
Main technology subdivisions:
- Workshop for the processing of plastics (thermoplastic), The equipment involved: injection molding machines - 38 units hydraulic press 100 tons - 26 units.
- Cold stamping workshop. Equipment involved: cold stamping presses and automatic lines - 50 units, cutting complex
- Hardware manufacturing workshop.Involved equipment: single-bar automatic lathes - 80 units; automatic hardware and nail manufacturing machines - 34 units;
- Electroplating workshop. Automatic coating lines involved: galvanizing, nickel plating, oxidation, phosphating, chromium plating, silver plating.
