Tip with shear heads

The tip with shear heads is designed for end connection of cables with copper or aluminum sector conductor section from 50 to 120 mm2. Shear head bolts securely fix the strands and do not require the use of additional tools for installation and break when the set torque is reached, which ensures optimal mechanical and electrical properties.

The lugs can be included in the outdoor heat-shrinkable terminations for three-core cables with impregnated paper insulation with or without armor with a rated insulation voltage of 6 kV and 10 kV.

The material of the body and bolts is a special aluminum alloy.
